General Introduction
This machine is the hydraulic 3-roller rolling machine. Top roller can move in both vertical and horizontal directions. Pre-bending action can be carried out through the movement of top roller. When rolling, two bottom rollers are driven by the major motor and speed reducer, as a result of the steady height of bottom rollers, plate feedings and operations are very convenient. All the elements are controlled by the PLC. This machine has steady functions, flexible operations, no oil leakage and big noises. Reversing frame adopts the hydraulic type while the top roller vertical moving is also the same. This machine is with reliable quality and low error rate.
